Kenny “kennyS” Schrub (born May 19, 1995, in Sarrebourg, France) is a retired French professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) player, renowned for his aggressive AWPing style and considered one of the greatest snipers in the game’s history. Throughout his career, he played for several top-tier teams, including VeryGames, Titan, Team EnVyUs, G2 Esports, and Team Falcons. His most notable achievement was winning the DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015 Major with Team EnVyUs, where he earned the MVP title. kennyS was consistently ranked among HLTV’s Top 20 Players from 2013 to 2017, peaking at #6 in 2014 and 2015. He was also named Esports Player of the Year at The Game Awards 2015. After a brief stint with Team Falcons in 2023, he announced his retirement from professional play on May 20, 2023. Post-retirement, kennyS has remained active in the Counter-Strike community as a content creator and streamer.
